Peaceful mind

When you are facing danger/ challenges moment in life, how do you react?

e.g., an accident, natural disaster……

Are you panic?

You can notice the changes of your body and mind if you are mindfulness.

The signal:

Stress, tension, sweating, fast heart beating, shaking, fear, can’t breathe, confuse, “lost”……

Recently, I went to an old building and I am facing an issue in the car park as the drive way was so small.

I parked my car at level 6, it was a challenge to drive out.

I am stuck either up or down on the going down lane and my car sensor kept giving signal that I might hit the wall….

At this moment, my mind kept thinking on the worst.

“I might hit the wall & fall down .

“I might scratch my car.”

“I might block other users……

I am not sure whether do you face the same experience before…

In this critical moment, I am blessed that I used to chant daily, automatically I chant my teacher.

When we are in chanting, our mind is at now, no future and past thought.

As such, My mind in total peace and calm.

I am mindfulness and No disturbance from negative, past or future thought.

I can easily drove my car out from the car park without any challenges.

This is a great lesson in life, we must be calm and peace whenever we face any challenging moment.

If an individual has a calm state of mind, that person’s attitudes and views will be calm even in the presence of great agitation.
